Wood Gasifier

The Gasification Process

The process of wood gasification has a long history, but has now shown to be a reliable, safe and efficient means of power production.

Wood Chips are automatically brought into the system from above, and conveyed to the heart of the system, the Reformer, as needed.

The wood is heated, under careful pressure and temperature controls.  A proper fuel supply and the meticulously designed reformer provide the conditions for a virtually tar free wood gas.

The gas is then cooled, cleaned of wood ash and delivered to the Combined Heat & Power (CHP) System.  The wood ash is automatically removed from the system without interruption.

The system offers exceptionally safe operations
